About
Hi, I'm Sophie.
I help high-achieving women, couples, and families who feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or stuck in recurring patterns create greater clarity, emotional balance, and connection. Whether you are navigating perfectionism, ADHD-related overwhelm, trauma, relationship difficulties, motherhood, or a major life transition, I offer a warm and active space where you can feel deeply understood while working toward meaningful change.
I see clients in person at the S.A.G.E. Holistic Health & Wellness Center in Tustin, California, and virtually throughout the state.
My approach
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, responsible, and accustomed to holding everything together. They may understand their patterns intellectually but still struggle to change how they feel or respond when anxiety, self-criticism, or relationship triggers take over. Clients often tell me they feel deeply heard and understood without feeling judged. Together, we connect the dots between past experiences, present-day reactions, and the protective patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My work is compassionate, organized, and action-oriented. Along with helping you develop insight, I offer practical strategies for regulating emotions, communicating needs, establishing boundaries, and functioning more effectively outside of therapy. Depending on your needs, I may integrate psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, IFS-informed parts work, CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and somatic practices.
